You need to reach the RENFE Terminal station in the center of Alicante.
Once you have arrived at the main entrance of Alicante RENFE-Terminal station, you will notice that there is a designated area parallel to the terminal for passenger drop-off and pick-up. This is where your car will be collected and returned. Only in extreme cases of high traffic, we will meet you inside the SABA Parking located a few meters ahead. We will take care of retrieving your vehicle at no additional cost to you.
A 1-parking operator, wearing a lime green uniform and a blue cap, will be waiting for you at Alicante RENFE station to collect your car and sign the deposit contract. We will conduct a photographic report, which is the interior and exterior appraisal we do with all our customers for their peace of mind. We will also provide you with a copy of your vehicle deposit contract.
When you return, all you have to do is go to the same point in the RENFE station where we picked up your vehicle, as our operator will be waiting to hand it over to you. It is at this moment when you pay for the service.
